Prepare your estimate
To be gathered to cost this item
- Surface actually used and type of heating.
- Consumption of a comparable premises or readings from the previous occupant, in kWh per year.
- Price per kWh, subscription and additional costs from the supplier, excluding VAT.
To be checked to avoid omissions and duplicates
- Surface area alone is not enough: hours, insulation, machines and cold modify consumption.
- Divide the annual kWh by the surface area to obtain the kWh/m²/year. A cost in €/m²/year must include the same perimeter.
- If heating is billed with gas or included in the rental charges, avoid counting it again here.
