Cleaning : how to estimate your budget?

Estimate routine maintenance based on surface area, frequency and level of service.

Prepare your estimate

To be gathered to cost this item

  • Surface to be cleaned and number of visits per week.
  • Annual quote including consumables and special services.
  • Annual cost per m² if you compare several quotes.

To be checked to avoid omissions and duplicates

  • A price per passage is not an annual price per m²: annualize the frequency.
  • Certain services, such as windows or specific waste, may be invoiced separately.
  • Do not double a service included in the building charges.

Calculate the monthly budget

Estimate routine maintenance based on surface area, frequency and level of service.

Enter the parameters to calculate the budget. Zero means zero expense.

Fictitious example: 80 m² × 20 €/m²/year = 1,600 € per year, or 133.33 € per month. The €20 is a assumption, not a reference price.

The budget is distributed at a fixed amount each month. It does not automatically track turnover, headcount, seasons or annual deadlines. It must be recalculated after modifying these assumptions.
