https://open-bp.com/api/mcp- In your MCP client, add a remote server using the Streamable HTTP transport and this full address.
- Choose OAuth if your client supports it. Sign in to open-bp in the browser, then grant only the permissions you need.
- For a client using a Bearer token, create a key in My account → MCP connections and put it in the client’s private field. The value is displayed only once.
- Refresh the client’s tools and start by reading your projects with projects_list.
The transport uses POST and JSON-RPC, with Accept: application/json, text/event-stream. The client negotiates the protocol with initialize, then discovers tools with tools/list and calls them with tools/call.
Never put a token in a URL, conversation or shared file. Authorisations and keys can be revoked in My account; they remain tied to the open-bp session that created them.

In the chosen project, list assumptions that are missing, fictitious or lack a source. Organize the questions to ask me before changing any data.

For this project, prepare a scenario where hiring is delayed by three months. Compare the lowest cash balance and profit with the initial forecast. Show me the differences before saving anything.
Understand cash and financing needs
In the project I chose, identify the month with the lowest cash balance. Explain the amount, causes and assumptions to check, without changing the data.
Write the document and export the business plan
Propose a presentation for this project using the saved information. Distinguish facts from assumptions and ask for missing details. Do not invent market research or commercial evidence; show me the text before saving it.

Connect your open-bp account
Add the server address to your assistant, sign in through OAuth and choose the permissions you need. A private key is also available for clients that require one.
Describe the data and expected outcome
Supply amounts, units, periods and sources. The assistant can review, calculate or prepare a proposal; missing information must still be requested.
Review before saving
In an external AI client, configure approvals for write tools. An action may save as soon as it is called; first request differences and confirm what to apply.
Find project sources and versions
Sources distinguish facts, estimates, examples and missing data. Versions let you review changes. Exports use saved data and the plan’s limitations.
Remove an authorisation or revoke a key
Each connection uses your identity and the permissions you grant. You can remove OAuth authorization or revoke the key in My account. Retrieved data is sent to the AI provider you use.
