The result you can request

Cabinet view lets you find business plans, missing data, examples to replace and sections to complete. The assistant can organize a review using each accessible project’s latest saved version.

Required access: Read, with Cabinet view access.

Information to supply

Specify the business plans or clients to examine and review criteria. Then choose a project to read its assumptions and prepare useful questions.

  1. Find accessible business plans in the portfolio.
  2. Identify missing data and examples to replace.
  3. Prepare questions for each project review.

Requests to copy into your assistant

Enable open-bp in the conversation and choose the relevant project. Review modification requests before saving anything.

Using open-bp’s Cabinet view, list the business plans that need completing. For each, identify missing information and remaining examples, without changing any projects.
For the chosen client business plan, prepare questions to ask before reviewing the forecast. Use saved data and sources; distinguish blocking issues from information to confirm.

Checks and limitations

Cabinet view depends on your plan. Each project remains subject to its access permissions. A review checklist does not certify accounts or validate a business plan.

Permissions, quotas and versions are checked by the server. For an external AI client, keep confirmation required for every action that saves, shares or changes your account.
