The result you can request

The expense catalogue lists data to collect. Estimation methods use your values: annual amount, area, energy, revenue or unit count. Monthly profiles specify exceptions and gradual increases.

Required access: Read and edit.

Information to supply

Supply the relevant expense item, chosen method, required values and their source. For a monthly change, state the months and amounts or parameters to use.

  1. Choose relevant expenses from the catalogue.
  2. Calculate an estimate using the supplied values.
  3. Compare the effects of monthly settings before saving.

Requests to copy into your assistant

Enable open-bp in the conversation and choose the relevant project. Review modification requests before saving anything.

Using open-bp, help me complete this project’s expenses. For each item, list the data to collect and an estimation method; do not enter an amount without supplied information.
Using the annual amount and source I will supply, propose the corresponding monthly expense. Show the calculation and any monthly exceptions before saving.

Checks and limitations

An expense added without an amount remains missing. An estimate does not replace a quote. A monthly zero exception is kept and does not mean absent data.

Permissions, quotas and versions are checked by the server. For an external AI client, keep confirmation required for every action that saves, shares or changes your account.
