Terms of Service

Service intended for a professional activity

open-bp allows you to prepare a business plan for a professional project: business model, assumptions, monthly calculations, scenarios, written business plan and exports according to the offer. Model figures are fictitious and must be replaced with documented data. The business plan does not constitute accounting, tax, legal advice or a financing decision. The engine and its limits are described in the calculation conventions.

Account, data and sharing

You must use an accessible email address, protect your account and have the necessary rights to the data entered. You remain the owner of your content. The service processes them to function. You are responsible for the access you grant and the data of the people you invite. Projects are not published.

Subscriptions and payment

Découverte is free. Essentiel costs €19 excluding tax per month, Plus €39 and Cabinet €99. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Prepayments for 12 and 24 months are detailed on the Pricing page. Applicable tax and the total are displayed before confirming payment on Stripe. Existing annual subscriptions keep their price and renewal schedule.

Capacity, exports and quotas are indicated on the Prices page and in Subscription. All paid tiers use the same calculations. AI quotas are renewed monthly on the date the space is created, including for annual billing. Unused quotas are not carried over. No excess is billed automatically. A failed AI response does not consume quota.

Prepayments for 12 and 24 months give a 15% and 30% discount respectively on the monthly price multiplied by the duration. They are paid once, without automatic renewal. Access starts after payment verification; an extension of the same plan starts when existing paid access ends. Quotas remain monthly. You can change plans after the prepaid period.

Change and termination

An increase in offer at the same payment rate presents a pro rata before confirmation and takes effect after verification of the payment. A drop in offer or a change between month and year takes effect at the next renewal. A planned change can be canceled before it is applied.

You can cancel in Subscription, then “Card, invoices and cancellation”. Termination stops the renewal and retains access until the end of the paid period. When it expires, the account returns to the Discovery limits. Projects exceeding this capacity remain viewable; they are not deleted. In the event of unpaid renewal, the rights are maintained for a maximum of seven days before returning to the free limits. No automatic refund is promised.

AI assistance and verification

AI assistance is optional and requires confirmation of sending data to OpenAI. Reread his proposals, check the facts and choose to integrate them. An AI response proves neither the reality of a assumption nor the validity of a business plan. It does not modify the financial engine.

Availability and backups

The database is replicated between two sites in France and backed up with continuous archiving of logs. An incident may interrupt the service. Recovery from a complete server failure is a managed operation; no contractual recovery period is announced. Keep your exports and source documents. The requested deletion actions are final after execution.
